OK, I built a website, now what? Isn’t it crazy that building a website is so easy, but marketing it is something that requires an amazing amount of work, talent, specialized skills. Most people will tell you it is easy and everyone has grand illusions of being an e-commerce sensation. “My website is perfect, it can’t fail”, then no visitors and worse no sales. Unless you have some sort of insider thing or someone that has hundreds of thousand existing customers to sell your product to, don’t think it is an easy task. It can be achieved and we can be successful, but it takes time and effort. I will be writing some of my experiences as I go and hopefully I will finish these projects and it will inspire someone else to join in and take something to the next level. The journey begins today…..

I have a blog, domain names, hosting, website, content, product…it all works…now how do I get to the next level? I am counting on “the Shoe” for the answers! Like most online start-up businesses, they throw up a site, maybe even buy some advertising or even complete a bit of search marketing, and then they wind up where 99% of all start-up websites and blogs wind up….Lost at Sea. No direction! I am hoping The Shoe is the compass to give me that direction. There are millions of e-commerce wannabe’s out the there, but I am poised to take what I have to the next level. Why do I want to win or should win? Because I need the Shooooooooeeeee. I have the passion and don’t care weather it take me years on my own, but following a mentor, a leader in the industry, is what I am hoping for. Shoe, can you imagine taking one of your “free info” students to the next level. It will be the stuff they write books about! Bring me to Vegas and let’s do something amazing. Creating a success story is the reason to pick me. That’s why I created this blog/site, just to enter this contest!!
